Separating egg whites can be very tedious and unrewarding process and it’s easy to mess up and you have to start over again. This simple trick makes it easy and painless.
- Crack an egg into a bowl. Be careful not to break the yolk when cracking the egg.
- Take an empty plastic water bottle and lightly squeeze to get air out.
- Hold the bottle in the squeezed position and bring it closer to a yolk.
- Touch the mouth of the water bottle to the egg yolk and slowly release the squeeze on the bottle.
